    Account and access

This page covers how to get into the back office: registering an agency, signing in, what happens to your session, and what to do when access is refused.

    Registering an agency#

Registration creates the agency and its first administrator in one step, then asks for a plan.

    Step 1 — your details#

    FieldRequiredAcceptsPurpose
Your NameYes2 to 255 charactersName of the first administrator
Email AddressYesA valid email addressUsed to sign in
Agency NameYes2 to 255 charactersName of the agency
SubdomainYes3 to 63 characters, lowercase letters, numbers and hyphensAddress of your public website
PasswordYesAt least 8 characters (maximum 100)Password for the first administrator
    Confirm PasswordYesMust match PasswordConfirmation
The subdomain is filled in automatically from the agency name and cleaned as you type: uppercase becomes lowercase, and anything that is not a letter or digit becomes a hyphen. If you edit the subdomain yourself it stops following the agency name.
Under the field you see the resulting website address, for example your-agency.re365.app. While you type, availability is checked: a green tick means free, a red cross means taken.
    Messages you may see:
    MessageCause
Passwords do not matchPassword and Confirm Password differ
Password must be at least 8 charactersPassword too short
Subdomain can only contain lowercase letters, numbers, and hyphensInvalid character in the subdomain
Subdomain must be at least 3 charactersSubdomain too short

    Step 2 — choose a plan#

After the details are accepted you move to "Choose Your Plan", which lists the available plans and starts a 14-day free trial. Payment is handled by Stripe. ← Back to form returns to step 1.
    Note
The subdomain cannot be changed after registration. Pick it carefully. You can add your own domain later on top of it — see Custom domain.

    Signing in#

The sign-in form has three controls:
    FieldRequiredAccepts
Email AddressYesThe email address on your account
    PasswordYesYour password
    Remember meNoCheckbox
Sign In submits. On success you see "Login successful! Redirecting..." and land on the Dashboard. On failure you see the reason returned by the server, or "Login failed".
Create one now at the bottom of the form opens registration.

    Recovering access#

The back office has no self-service password reset. If you cannot sign in, contact your platform provider.

    Your session#

You stay signed in across page reloads and browser restarts. The session refreshes itself in the background. When it can no longer be refreshed you are returned to the sign-in page.
To sign out, open the user menu in the top bar and choose Logout. While it runs the item reads "Logging out...", then you see "Logged out successfully" and return to the sign-in page.

    Interface language#

Your interface language is stored on your account and can be English, Italiano or Español. Change it from the language switcher in the top bar. See Getting started.

    When access is refused#

    Subscription required#

The back office is available while the subscription is active or in trial. Any other state — past due, cancelled, unpaid, paused — counts as inactive.
When the subscription is inactive you are sent to the plan selection page, headed "Subscription Required", with the explanation that your subscription is currently inactive and you should select a plan to continue.
If a single action is refused rather than the whole session, a red banner appears at the top of the page reading "Subscription Required" with a Subscribe Now button that opens the billing portal. The underlying server message is "Active subscription required. Please update your billing to continue."
Demo accounts are exempt from this check.

    Plan too low#

Some features belong to the Premium plan. Using one on the Basic plan returns "This feature requires a Premium plan. Please upgrade to access it." See Subscription and billing.

    Role too low#

Sections restricted to administrators either do not appear in the sidebar at all (Users) or show an "Admin Only" panel in place of the controls. See Users and roles.
