Website appearance

The Appearance tab controls how your public website looks: its colours, its header and footer, what the home page shows, and how the contact page is laid out.

Open Settings in the sidebar and pick the Appearance tab.

Note
Agents see a panel headed "Admin access required" with the message "Only administrators can change how the website looks. Ask an administrator of your agency if you need a change here." Only administrators see the controls.

This tab changes how the site looks. The words on it are set separately — see Website texts.

Template Colors

Two colours drive the whole site.

Field	Accepts	Used for
Primary Color	A colour picker or a value typed in, such as `#3b82f6`	Buttons, links and highlights
Secondary Color	A colour picker or a typed value, such as `#1e40af`	Accents and hover states

A Preview box below shows a primary button, a secondary button and a link in the chosen colours.

Save Colors stores them. You see "Template colors updated successfully" or "Failed to update template colors".

The rest of the tab has its own Save button at the bottom. Colours and the panels below are saved separately.

Header

Setting	Accepts	Effect
Header Style	White, Colored, Dark, Transparent	The background treatment of the top bar
Header Background Color	A colour. Only shown when the style is Colored	Overrides the primary colour for the header. Leave empty to use the primary colour. A Reset link clears it
Show Logo	On / off	Displays the logo image
Show Site Name	On / off	Displays the agency name as text, next to or instead of the logo
Invert Logo Color	On / off	Applies a brightness filter so the logo shows white on a dark background
Show Phone Icon	On / off	Displays the phone button in the header
Show WhatsApp Icon	On / off	Displays the WhatsApp button in the header

Footer

Footer Background Color	Primary, Dark, Light, Custom	The footer background
Custom Footer Color	A colour. Only shown when Custom is selected	The exact footer colour
Footer Tagline	Text	A short line under the agency name
Navigation Label	Text	The heading above the footer links
Contact Label	Text	The heading above the contact details
Copyright Text	Text	The line at the very bottom
Invert Logo Color	On / off	As in the header
Footer HTML Widget	HTML	A custom block below the footer columns, for example telephone hours

The HTML widget is described on the page as: "Custom HTML block shown below the footer columns (e.g. phone hours). Scripts and event handlers are stripped for security."

Leaving a text field empty is meaningful: the website falls back to its own wording in the site language. The placeholder in each box shows you what that fallback is. See Website texts.

Property Badges

Override the colours of the status badges on listings. "Leave a field empty to use the default."

Each row has a colour picker, a text field, and a Reset link that clears the override.

Home Page

Service Cards

Per card: Icon	One of: home, key, building, shield, chart, users, clock, star, handshake, check, phone, location

Three cards are configured. The card fields appear only when the section is switched on.

The order of the contact items on this list is the order they appear on the page.

Saving

Save at the bottom stores the header, footer, badges, home page and contact page settings together. While it runs it reads "Saving...".

Note
Empty text fields are not saved as empty — they are left unset, so the website keeps using its built-in wording in the current site language. To force a blank, use a space, or override the string under Website texts.
