    Getting started

RE365 gives your agency two connected things: a private back office, and a public website generated from what you put into it. This guide covers the back office only — the area you log into every day to manage listings, enquiries, website content and settings.
Everything you save in the back office feeds the public website. A property you mark as Available appears on the site; a CMS page you publish becomes a page visitors can open; a colour you change under Settings changes how the site looks.

    First sign-in#

    1.
Open the back office and sign in with the email and password you were given (see Account and access).
    2.
    You land on the Dashboard.
    3.
If your agency has no active subscription, you are redirected to the plan selection page instead. Choose a plan to continue.
Demo accounts and super-admin users bypass the subscription check.

    How the interface is organised#

The screen has three parts: the sidebar on the left, the top bar, and the working area.

    Sidebar#

The sidebar is the main navigation. Items appear in this order:
    ItemWhat it covers
DashboardSummary counters, recent properties, quick actions, recent activity
PropertiesListings, plus Property Types and Field Management for admins
LeadsEnquiries received from the public website
AnalyticsViews, leads and conversion over a chosen period
UsersTeam members and their roles — visible to administrators only
    CMSPages of the public website
SEOMeta tags, social sharing, tracking codes
    ConnectorsThird-party integrations
SettingsAgency data, domain, appearance, texts, GDPR, billing
At the bottom of the sidebar you see your name, your email address and the version number of the back office.
On screens narrower than 1024 pixels the sidebar is hidden and opens as a drawer from the menu button in the top bar. It closes when you pick an item, when you press Escape, or when you click outside it.

    Top bar#

The top bar holds the mobile menu button, the interface language switcher, and your user menu.
The user menu shows your name, role and email address, and gives you two actions: Settings and Logout.

    Working area#

Everything else. Each section opens here.

    Interface language#

The language switcher in the top bar changes the language of the back office for your user only. Three languages are available: English, Italiano, Español. The choice is stored on your user account, so it follows you to any device.
    Note
This is not the language of your public website. That is set separately — see Website texts.

    Roles#

Every user is either an admin or an agent. Agents can work on properties, leads and website content. Administrators can additionally manage team members, property types, custom fields, the domain, the appearance of the website and billing. Each page in this guide states which role is required where it matters. See Users and roles for the full breakdown.

    Plans#

Two plans exist: Basic and Premium. Both include properties, leads, CMS, analytics and SEO. Premium adds property documents and AI-assisted descriptions. Where a feature depends on the plan, this guide says so.
    Note
Most sections stop working when the subscription is not active. If that happens, a red banner appears at the top of the page with a button that takes you to the billing portal.
