SEO

The SEO section controls how your website presents itself to search engines and social networks, and where its traffic is measured. Everything here applies to the whole site; the SEO fields of an individual page are set on that page — see Website pages.
Open it from SEO in the sidebar. It is headed "SEO Configuration — Optimize your website for search engines and social media".
The page has three tabs. A Save All Changes button sits at the top and a Save SEO Configuration button follows you down the page; both save the same thing. Social media links have their own save button.

Basic SEO#

Meta Tags#

FieldAcceptsPurpose
Meta TitleUp to 500 characters. Recommended length shown as a badge: 50-60 charsThe title search engines show for your site
Meta DescriptionUp to 1,000 characters. Recommended: 150-160 charsThe summary search engines show
Meta KeywordsComma-separated wordsKeywords for the site
A character counter runs under the first two fields.

Google Search Preview#

A live mock-up of your search result: your domain, the meta title in blue, the meta description underneath. It updates as you type. When neither is set it shows placeholder text.

Sitemap & Robots.txt#

FieldEditablePurpose
XML Sitemap URLNoThe address of your sitemap. Buttons beside it open it in a new tab or copy it
Robots.txt URLNoThe address of your robots file, with the same two buttons
Custom Robots.txt ContentYesReplaces the default robots file. Leave empty for the default configuration
Both addresses read "Domain not configured yet" until your website has a domain.
Your sitemap is generated automatically and always contains:
The home page
The property listing page
The contact page
Every published CMS page
Every property that is not a draft
The default robots file allows every crawler and points to your sitemap. Filling in Custom Robots.txt Content replaces it entirely, so include your own sitemap line if you use it.

Social#

Open Graph#

These control how a link to your site looks when someone shares it on Facebook, LinkedIn or a messaging app.
FieldAcceptsPurpose
Open Graph Image URLA web address, up to 1,000 charactersThe picture shown with the link. Recommended size: 1200x630 pixels
Open Graph TitleUp to 500 charactersOptional. Defaults to the Meta Title
Open Graph DescriptionUp to 1,000 charactersOptional. Defaults to the Meta Description
Twitter Card TypeSummary, Summary Large Image, App, PlayerHow X (Twitter) renders the link
A preview of the Open Graph image appears under the field once an address is entered.

Social Media Links#

These appear in the footer of your public website.
FieldAccepts
Facebook URLA web address
X (Twitter) URLA web address
Instagram URLA web address
LinkedIn URLA web address
Save them with Save Social Links — the SEO save buttons do not cover this panel. Saving this panel requires an administrator.

Analytics#

Analytics & Tracking#

FieldAcceptsPurpose
Google Analytics 4 Measurement IDFormat G-XXXXXXXXXXConnects Google Analytics
Google Tag Manager Container IDFormat GTM-XXXXXXXConnects Tag Manager
Facebook Pixel IDDigits only, for example 123456789012345Connects the Facebook Pixel
Google Site Verification CodeThe code from Google Search ConsoleProves ownership of the site to Google
Rejected values produce a message naming the field, for example "Invalid Google Analytics ID format", "Invalid Google Tag Manager ID format", "Facebook Pixel ID must be numeric".
Note
These IDs feed third-party tracking. If you show a cookie banner, make sure the analytics and marketing categories match what you have configured here — see Cookie banner and consent.

Advanced Settings#

FieldAcceptsPurpose
Custom Head TagsHTMLExtra tags added to every page of your website — verification codes, additional scripts
The page carries its own warning: "Only add trusted code. Invalid or malicious code can break your website."

Saving#

On success you see "SEO configuration updated successfully". On failure, "Failed to update SEO configuration". Social links save separately and report "Agency settings updated" or "Failed to update agency".
Note
Saving rewrites every SEO field at once. Fields you have cleared are cleared for real.

Who can change this#

Both administrators and agents can open the SEO section and save the meta tags, the sitemap and robots settings, the Open Graph fields and the tracking codes — including the custom head tags.
The Social Media Links panel is the exception: it is stored with the agency profile, so only an administrator can save it. An agent who tries sees "Insufficient permissions".
