Connectors

Connectors are integrations built by third parties that plug into your agency's data — a CRM sync, a marketing tool, a mortgage calculator. They run as separate services and talk to RE365 through a permission system you control.

Open it from Connectors in the sidebar. It is headed "Connectors — Extend your platform with integrations published as external services."

The catalogue

Available connectors appear as cards, each showing:

Its icon, or a puzzle-piece placeholder

Its name and version number

Its description

A plan badge: Basic or Premium

A category badge: Notifications, Marketing, Tools or CRM

Its state, when it is installed: a green dot with Active, or a grey dot with Disabled

Clicking a card opens the connector's page.

When nothing is available the page reads "No connectors yet" and "Register the first connector by pasting the manifest URL provided by its developer."

The connector page

The left column describes what the connector is and what it wants:

Permissions	The access it requests when installed
Subscribed events	The platform events it will be notified about
UI extensions	Any screens it adds to the back office
Configuration	Its settings panel, once installed

The right column holds the actions and the connector's details: its client ID, its manifest address, when its manifest was last fetched, and when you installed it.

Permissions

A connector can request any of these:

Permission	What it allows
Read your leads	Reading lead records
Create and update leads	Creating and changing leads
Read your property listings	Reading properties
Create and update property listings	Creating and changing properties
Read your agency profile and settings	Reading agency details and settings

A connector can only do what it asked for and you approved. Nothing else.

Installing

Open the connector's page.

Click Install. This opens the connector's own installation page in a new tab.

The connector sends you back to a consent screen headed "Install <name>?".

Read the list under "This connector wants permission to:".

Click Approve and install, or Deny.

The consent screen closes with "You can revoke access at any time from the connectors page."

If the link you followed is incomplete you see "Invalid install request" and "The link you followed is missing required parameters." If the connector cannot be validated you see "Cannot show this consent screen".

Managing an installed connector

Action	Effect
Disable	Stops the connector working, keeps the installation and its settings
Enable	Starts it again
Uninstall	Removes the installation and revokes its access. Click once, then click again on Click again to confirm

Use Disable to pause an integration you are troubleshooting; use Uninstall to end the relationship.

Configuration

Once installed, a connector that provides its own settings panel shows it embedded in the page under Configuration. Those settings belong to the connector, not to RE365 — its documentation covers them.

A connector without a bespoke panel shows the note "JSON-Schema-driven config UI is delivered in a follow-up phase." and a View raw schema link.

Plans

The plan badge on a card states which plan the connector expects. A Premium connector on a Basic subscription may refuse to work. See Subscription and billing.

Note
Approving a connector grants a third party ongoing access to the data listed on the consent screen. Install only connectors from developers you have a relationship with, and review the permission list before approving. Uninstalling revokes access immediately, but does not delete anything the connector already copied to its own systems.

Registering a new connector

Adding a connector to the catalogue is done by the platform operator, not by an agency. If a developer has given you a manifest address, pass it to your platform provider.
