  1. Leads

Lead detail

The lead page holds everything known about one enquiry: who sent it, what they wrote, which property it concerns, what your team has recorded about it, and when things happened.
Open it by clicking a lead card or its View button on the lead list.
The header shows the person's name, the subtitle "Lead details and timeline", a Back button, the status badge, and a Delete button.

Contact Information#

FieldNotes
EmailShown as a link. Clicking it opens your mail client with the address filled in
PhoneShown as a link when a number was given. Clicking it starts a call
MessageThe full text the visitor wrote, with line breaks preserved

Related Property#

Shown only when the enquiry came from a property page. It gives the property title, its address and its price. Clicking the panel opens that property for editing.

Notes & Activity#

Notes are your team's internal record of the enquiry. They are never shown to the person who sent it.

Adding a note#

1.
Type into the box under the heading. The placeholder reads "Add a note about this lead...".
2.
Click Add Note.
The button stays disabled while the box is empty. On success you see "Note added successfully"; on failure, "Failed to add note".
A note can be up to 10,000 characters.

The note list#

Notes are listed newest first. Each shows the author's name, the text, and the date and time it was written. Where the author is unknown the name reads "Unknown User".

Deleting a note#

The bin icon on a note asks "Are you sure you want to delete this note?" and removes it. You see "Note deleted successfully" or "Failed to delete note".
You can delete a note you wrote. Administrators can delete any note in the agency.
Note
Notes are removed permanently. There is no undo.
When there are no notes the panel reads "No notes yet. Add your first note above."

Changing status#

Click the status badge in the header. A menu lists the statuses; picking one applies it immediately and shows "Lead status updated".
The available statuses are the same six described in Lead list.
Note
The status menu on this page shows "Lost" twice. The first entry is Lost, the second is Spam. The list page labels both correctly, so check there if you are unsure which one a lead is in.

Timeline#

Three moments, in the right-hand column:
EntryWhat it records
CreatedWhen the enquiry arrived
First ContactedWhen the lead first moved to Contacted. Shown only once that has happened
Last UpdatedThe most recent change of any kind

Additional Info#

Shown when the enquiry carried tracking information. Up to three entries:
EntryWhat it records
SourceWhere the enquiry came from. Website enquiries record public_website
UTM SourceThe utm_source parameter of the link the visitor arrived on
CampaignThe utm_campaign parameter
The panel is hidden when none of this was captured.

Quick Actions#

ActionResult
Send EmailOpens your mail client addressed to the lead
Call LeadStarts a call. Shown only when a telephone number was given
View PropertyOpens the related property. Shown only when the enquiry is tied to one

Deleting the lead#

Delete in the header asks "Are you sure you want to delete this lead?" and, on confirmation, removes the lead and returns you to the list.

Lead not found#

If the lead does not exist you see "Lead Not Found" and "This lead may have been deleted or does not exist.", with a Back button.
