    Lead list

Leads are the enquiries your public website produces. When a visitor fills in a contact form — on the contact page or on a property page — a lead lands here. The list is where you triage them: filter, change status, open, delete, export.
Open it from Leads in the sidebar. The page is headed "Leads — Manage and track your property inquiries", with the total number of leads on the right.
Leads are not created by hand in the back office; they arrive from the website.

    Where a lead comes from#

The website contact form collects the visitor's name, email address, telephone number (optional) and message. The message must be at least 10 characters. Alongside those, the system records the origin of the visit: the source, the UTM parameters of the link they arrived on, the referring page, and the time of submission. You see these on the lead detail page.

    Statuses#

    StatusMeaning
NewJust arrived, nobody has touched it
    ContactedSomeone has reached out
QualifiedThe enquiry is genuine and worth pursuing
    ConvertedIt turned into business
    LostClosed without result
    SpamJunk
The first time you move a lead from New to Contacted, the moment is recorded and shown on the lead as "First Contacted".

    Filtering#

    ControlAcceptsEffect
SearchFree text. Placeholder: "Search by name, email, or phone..."Matches name, email address or telephone number
StatusAll Statuses, or one statusRestricts to a single status
DateA dateShows only leads received on or after that date
A Clear button appears at the top of the panel when any filter is set and resets all three.

    Reading a lead card#

Each lead is a card with a coloured left edge matching its status. It shows:
    The name, in bold
The email address and, when present, the telephone number
    The status badge, top right
The related property in a grey box — its title, address and price — when the enquiry came from a property page
The first two lines of the message
The date received, and the number of notes when there are any
Clicking the card opens the lead.

    Changing status from the list#

Click the status badge on a card. A menu opens with all six statuses; picking one applies it immediately. You see "Lead status updated", or "Failed to update lead status".

    Card actions#

    ActionResult
    ViewOpens the lead detail page
DeleteAsks "Are you sure you want to delete this lead?" and removes the lead
Deleting shows "Lead deleted successfully" or "Failed to delete lead".

    Exporting#

The Export button at the top right offers two formats:
    FormatFile
    CSVleads.csv
    Excel (.xlsx)leads.xlsx
Both contain the same columns, in this order:
Contact ID, Agency ID, Property ID, Name, Email, Phone, Message, Status, Property Title, Property Address, Contacted At, Created At, Updated At.
The CSV file uses the semicolon ; as the column separator and is encoded so that accented characters open correctly in Excel. Dates are written in Italian format.
    Note
The export includes every lead matching the filters you have applied, up to 10,000. Above that the file is cut off, so narrow the date range and export in batches.

    Paging#

The list shows 20 leads per page, with "Showing X to Y of Z", the page number, and Previous / Next buttons.

    Empty results#

With no filters: "No leads found" and "Leads will appear here when visitors contact you through your website".
With filters: "No leads found" and "Try adjusting your filters", with a Clear Filters button.
