    Analytics

Analytics answers how much attention your listings are getting and how much of it turns into enquiries. Figures come from your public website: a view is counted each time a visitor opens a property page.
Open it from Analytics in the sidebar. It is headed "Analytics — Track your property views, leads, and performance".

    Choosing a period#

The dropdown at the top right sets the period for the whole page.
    OptionPeriod covered
Last 7 daysThe last 7 days up to the end of today
Last 30 daysThe last 30 days. This is the default
Last 90 daysThe last 90 days
    Last yearSee the note below
    Note
Last year currently returns the same figures as Last 30 days. Use the shorter ranges, which report correctly.

    Overview cards#

    CardWhat it counts
Total PropertiesEvery property in your agency. This figure ignores the selected period
Total ViewsProperty page views in the selected period, with the change against the previous period of the same length
Total LeadsLeads received in the selected period, with the change against the previous period
Conversion RateLeads divided by property views over the period, as a percentage
The arrow next to Total Views and Total Leads points up for growth and down for a decline against the previous period. When the previous period had none, the change reads 0%.
Conversion Rate compares agency-wide leads against agency-wide property views. Enquiries sent from the contact page — which are not tied to a property — are counted in the leads figure, so the rate is a whole-site measure rather than a per-listing one.

    Charts#

Two charts side by side, both covering the selected period.
    ChartShows
Leads Over TimeNumber of leads received per day
Property ViewsNumber of property page views per day
When there is nothing to plot, the chart area reads "No property data available for this period".

    Popular Properties#

A table of your listings ordered by views, highest first.
    ColumnShows
    PropertyThe property title
PriceThe price in your agency currency
StatusAvailable, Pending, Sold, Rented or Draft
    ViewsPage views in the period
LeadsEnquiries tied to that property in the period
ConversionLeads divided by views for that property, as a percentage
ActionsA View link that opens the property for editing
Properties with no views in the period are included, at the bottom. The table lists up to 50 properties.
When there is no data the table is replaced by "No property data available for this period".

    Exporting#

    Note
The Export button on this page currently shows the message "Export functionality coming soon!" and does not produce a file. To extract data, use the export on the lead list — see Lead list.

    What is not counted#

Views of CMS pages, the home page and the contact page are not counted; only property pages are.
Visits by search-engine crawlers are counted the same as visits by people.
A visitor who opens the same property twice is counted twice.
