    Subscription and billing

The Billing tab is the way to your subscription. Payment details, invoices and plan changes are handled by Stripe, not inside the back office.
Open Settings in the sidebar and pick the Billing tab. It is headed "Subscription & Billing — Manage your subscription plan and billing information via Stripe Customer Portal".

    What the portal does#

The page lists what you can do once you are there:
    Update your payment method
    Change your subscription plan
    View billing history and invoices
    Cancel or pause your subscription

    Opening the portal#

Click Open Billing Portal. You are redirected to Stripe's own pages, signed in as your agency's customer record. Return to the back office with your browser's back button or the link Stripe provides.
While the link is being prepared the button reads "Loading...".
The page repeats the arrangement: "All billing and payment information is securely managed by Stripe. You will be redirected to Stripe's secure portal to make any changes."
    Note
Card details are never entered in the back office and are never stored by it.

    Plans#

    PlanIncludes
BasicProperties, leads, website pages, analytics, SEO
PremiumEverything in Basic, plus property documents and AI-assisted descriptions
Changing plan is done in the Stripe portal. The change takes effect in the back office once Stripe reports it.

    Subscription states#

Your agency has access while the subscription is active or in trial. Registration starts a 14-day free trial.
Any other state — past due, cancelled, unpaid, incomplete or paused — counts as inactive, and:
You are redirected to the plan selection page when you sign in.
Actions refused mid-session show a red banner reading "Subscription Required", with a Subscribe Now button that opens the portal.
A trial whose period has ended counts as inactive in the same way.

    Getting access back#

    1.
Open the Billing tab, or click Subscribe Now on the banner.
    2.
    Open the billing portal.
    3.
Fix the payment method or restart the subscription.
    4.
Return to the back office and reload the page.
There is a short delay between paying and the back office noticing. If access is still refused after a few minutes, sign out and back in.
    Note
Nothing is deleted while a subscription is inactive. Properties, leads, pages and settings are all preserved and reappear once billing is in order. Your public website, however, is affected — check it after any interruption.
