Dashboard

The Dashboard is the page you land on after signing in. It answers three questions at a glance: how much is in the system, what was touched recently, and where to go next.

It is read-only apart from the shortcut buttons.

Header

A welcome line with your first name, and the sentence "Here's what's happening with your agency today."

Counters

Four cards across the top. Each shows a main number and a smaller line underneath.

Card	Main number	Second line
Total Properties	All properties in your agency	How many of them are active
New Leads	Leads still in the `New` status	Total number of leads
Team Members	All users in your agency	How many of them are administrators
Revenue	Number of properties sold	The label "Properties sold"

Note
The card labelled Revenue counts sold properties, not money. It does not show a monetary total.

The percentage next to each second line is a fixed value, not a trend calculated from your data. Read the numbers, not the percentages.

Recent Properties

The five most recently created properties. Each row shows the first letter of the title as an avatar, the title, the city and state, the price in your agency currency, and the status.

Clicking a row opens that property's edit page. The View All button opens the full property list.

If you have no properties yet, the panel shows "No properties yet" and a button to add your first one.

Quick Actions

Four shortcut buttons:

Add Property — opens the new property form

View Leads — opens the lead list

Team — opens the users page

Analytics — opens the analytics page

Recent Activity

A list of the latest changes, newest first. Each entry shows a description, the action performed, and the date and time. Entries are either property events or lead events, marked with different icons.

When there is nothing to show, the panel reads "No recent activity".

Prices on this page use the currency set for your agency. See Agency settings.
