Creating a property

Use Add Property on the property list to create a new listing. The form collects the core data; images are added afterwards on the edit page.

A banner at the top of the form states what happens next: after you create the property you are taken to its edit page, where you can upload images and refine the details.

Basic Information

If no property types have been created yet, the form shows the hint "No property types configured yet. Add them from Properties → Types."

Custom fields

Below the standard blocks, the form shows any custom fields your administrators have configured, grouped by category. Which fields appear depends on the property type you selected. See Custom fields.

If no custom fields exist, the form shows a single card reading "No custom fields configured." with a link to configure them (administrators only).

Description editor

The Description field is a formatting editor with these controls: heading level (H1, H2, H3 or normal text), bold, italic, underline, strikethrough, ordered list, bulleted list, decrease indent, increase indent, link, alignment, and clear formatting.

Above the editor sits an Improve with AI button. It rewrites whatever is currently in the Description field. It does nothing when the field is empty. While it runs, the button reads "Generating...". If the request fails you see "Failed to generate description".

Note
AI descriptions are part of the Premium plan. On the Basic plan the request is refused.

Validation messages

Errors appear under the field concerned when you submit.

Saving

Create Property submits the form; Cancel returns to the property list without saving. While saving, the button reads "Saving...".

On success you see "Property created successfully" and land on the edit page for the new property. On failure you see "Failed to create property" and stay on the form.
