Agents see a panel headed "Admin Only" with the message "Only administrators can configure custom domains". Only administrators can set up, verify or remove a domain.

Note
A domain withoutwww— an apex or root domain such asyouragency.com— usually cannot carry a CNAME record. Either usewww.youragency.com, or ask your DNS provider about CNAME flattening.

Removing a domain also removes its certificate. Adding the same domain again restarts verification and certificate issuance from the beginning.
