    Custom domain

Every agency gets an address of the form your-agency.re365.app. The Domain tab lets you put your own domain in front of it, so visitors reach the same website at www.youragency.com.
Open Settings in the sidebar and pick the Domain tab.
    Note
Agents see a panel headed "Admin Only" with the message "Only administrators can configure custom domains". Only administrators can set up, verify or remove a domain.

    Default Subdomain#

The first field shows your permanent address, <subdomain>.re365.app. It cannot be edited. The button beside it opens the website in a new tab.
This address keeps working after you add a custom domain.

    Adding your domain#

    1.
Type your domain into Custom Domain. The field accepts it with or without www. Placeholder: www.myagency.com.
    2.
    Click Save Domain.
    3.
Add the DNS records shown on the page at your domain provider.
    4.
Click Verify Now, or wait — the page re-checks by itself.
You see "Custom domain configured successfully" once the domain is registered, or "Failed to configure domain" if it is refused. A domain already used by another agency is rejected with "Domain already in use by another agency".

    The DNS records#

Once a domain is entered, a DNS Configuration panel appears with the records to create. Copy buttons sit next to the values.

    CNAME — required#

    FieldValue
    TypeCNAME
HostYour domain, without the leading www.
    Valueyour-subdomain.re365.app
    TTL3600
This is the record that is checked when you verify.

TXT — ownership, required for HTTPS#

Shown once the system has an ownership value to give you.
    FieldValue
    TypeTXT
    Hostasuid.yourdomain.com
    ValueThe value shown on screen
The page explains it: "Add this TXT record once to prove domain ownership. It does not replace the CNAME above."

    TXT — alternative verification#

An extra record is shown in some configurations under "Alternative: TXT Record Verification", with host _re365-verification and a long value. Add it only if you have been asked to.

    Verification#

While the domain is unverified the page shows Pending Verification with a spinning icon, the note "Auto-checking every 60 seconds", and the time of the last check. Verify Now forces an immediate check.
Once the CNAME resolves correctly the panel turns green and reads Verified. You see "Domain verified successfully!".
If the check fails you see one of:
    MessageCause
DNS verification failed. Please check your DNS settings and try again. The record does not point where it should
Domain <domain> not found. Please check DNS configuration. The domain does not resolve at all
No CNAME record found for <domain>. Please add CNAME record pointing to <target>The domain resolves but has no CNAME
Domain DNS not configured correctly. Expected CNAME to point to <target>The CNAME points somewhere else
The page states the expectation: "DNS propagation can take up to 48 hours. Click 'Verify Now' to check the configuration."
    Note
A domain without www — an apex or root domain such as youragency.com — usually cannot carry a CNAME record. Either use www.youragency.com, or ask your DNS provider about CNAME flattening.

    SSL certificate#

The HTTPS certificate is issued automatically once the domain is verified. The SSL panel appears below the verification panel and shows one of four states.
    StateWhat it meansWhat to do
Waiting for DNS verificationThe domain is not verified yetFinish the DNS steps above
Issuing certificate…The certificate is being created and attached. This usually takes 1-2 minutesWait. The page refreshes itself every 15 seconds
HTTPS activeA certificate is installed and your domain works over httpsNothing
Certificate issuance failedSomething went wrong. The technical detail is shown underneathCheck the TXT ownership record, then click Retry SSL
Messages: "SSL certificate provisioning started", "SSL certificate is now active", "SSL certificate provisioning failed".

    Removing a domain#

Remove Domain asks for confirmation and detaches the domain. Your website stays reachable at <subdomain>.re365.app. You see "Custom domain removed successfully" or "Failed to remove domain".
    Note
Removing a domain also removes its certificate. Adding the same domain again restarts verification and certificate issuance from the beginning.
