Property list

The Properties page is the index of everything your agency has on the market. Use it to find a listing, check its status, jump into editing it, or remove it.

Open it from Properties in the sidebar.

Page header

On the right of the title you find:

Button	Who sees it	What it does
Property Types	Administrators	Opens the property type manager — see Property types
Field Management	Administrators	Opens the custom field manager — see Custom fields
Add Property	Everyone	Opens the new property form — see Creating a property

Counters

Four cards sit above the filters.

Card	What it counts
Total	Every property matching the current filters
Available	Properties with status `Available` on the page currently shown
Pending	Properties with status `Pending` on the page currently shown
Sold	Properties with status `Sold` on the page currently shown

Note
Only Total counts across the whole result set. The other three count what is on screen, so they change as you page through the list.

Searching and filtering

The filter panel has two controls.

Control	Accepts	Effect
Search	Free text, placeholder "Search properties..."	Filters the list as you type
Status	One of: All Statuses, Available, Pending, Sold, Rented, Draft	Restricts the list to one status

When either filter is set, a Clear button appears at the top right of the panel and resets both.

There is no sort control on this page.

Reading a property card

Each result is a card showing:

The first image of the property, or a placeholder graphic when no image has been uploaded

The status badge, top right

The price, in your agency currency, over the bottom of the image

The title

City and state

Bedrooms, bathrooms and floor area, each shown only when a value is set

Clicking anywhere on the card opens the property for editing.

Card actions

Three buttons at the bottom of each card:

Action	Result
Edit	Opens the property edit page
Documents	Opens the documents area for that property — see Property documents
Delete (bin icon)	Asks "Are you sure you want to delete this property?" and removes the property on confirmation

On success you see the message "Property deleted successfully". If it fails you see "Failed to delete property".

Statuses

Status	Meaning on the public website
Available	On the market
Pending	Under offer / in progress
Sold	Sold
Rented	Let
Draft	Not published

Badge colours for Available, Pending, Sold and Rented can be overridden per agency — see Website appearance.

Paging

The list shows 12 properties per page. Below the results you see "Showing X to Y of Z", the current page number out of the total, and Previous / Next buttons. The paging bar only appears when there is more than one page.

Empty results

With no filters set: "No properties found" and "Get started by adding your first property", with an Add Your First Property button.

With filters set: "No properties found" and "Try adjusting your filters to find properties", with a Clear Filters button.
